Hard to believe when customer service is so important these days that a small item to a week to be delivered.

The Perfect Repeat Prescription Service
I have only ever used the site for repeat prescriptions and have been so impressed by the service, medicines often arriving the following day. Once there was a delay at my GP's surgery and Pharmacy2U phoned to let me know there was a problem which was extremely useful to know.
From my own experience, I would rate their service as 100% - never any cause for concern or dissatisfaction - keep up the excellent work and please pass on my comments and thanks to your staff - I hope they realise how much of a pleasure it is these days to have such an easy service.
