I paid extra for alterations.
I asked for bust 31.4 inch-- it came as 32.6 inch.
I asked for waist 24 inch-- it came as 27 inch.
I asked for hollow to floor length 48.5 inch--it came as 46 inch.
I paid for petticoat because the customer service sales representative said it's necessary to make the dress look like the advertised image. LIES! An a-line dress became a cupcake dress Cinderella style. Obviously NOT what I was looking for.
I talk to customer sales rep, James, and he says he will take an email from me directly but forward it. At first he said he'll forward it to his manager. Then he says he'll forward it to the respective department. Then he said he'll send it to internal services. INCONSISTENCY of information, and HIDING information from me.
Unless they refund EVERYTHING, including shipping and handling, and they pay for the return shipping that I'll have to dole out to get it in their hands, and out of my door, I will be forever UPSET with this company. This company should close and stop operating.
It's clear nobody is happy with this company and those who are, are very few or faked hires from the company. What kind of company really has employees troll the internet to try to make themselves look better on review websites? Obviously those that are desperate to keep their business going despite the reality that they are liars and cheats who just want to be a plague to your wallet.
