Well first off from the beginning i purchased fifa 13 for ps3 from cash converters hayes store paid the postage for delivery 3 or 4 days passed by and on the account section it was still displaying awaiting dispatch so i thought i would just give the shop a quick call to enquire to be informed that the game i purchased turned out to be very badly damaged/scratched beyond repair in their own words, so they would not be dispatching the item and did not have any other copies in stock but if i would like them to hang on to my money they would dispatch a copy as soon as they got 1 in i explained i would not be happy to do this as it is a gift for somebody i would like a refund to then be told 'oh well i dont have authority to do this my manager is off until friday so i will wait until then and get them to issue the refund' i had to wait another 2 days again until the friday before they would even send the refund So firstly why was the game accepted and not checked in the first place before being advertised or put on the shelf for sale? And secondly why is there not a manager or stand in manager for sales such as this in store at all times? This can only lead to many unhappy customer's. Absolutely ridiculous service worst online shopping experience ever and will be the last with cash converters. I can only advise if you are considering and online purchase with cc i would advise Do Not go to your local cc if they dont have your item go to a different shop. Online purchases with cc will only end up being a disappointment and inconvenience.
