Excellent customer service and a great wedding ring

I ordered a wedding ring through Purely Diamonds. I was really pleased with the quality of the ring and the price. Even though I had measured my finger size, after a couple of weeks I wanted the ring size reducing slightly. I spoke to a helpful person at Purely Diamonds and arranged to send it back to them for adjustment. The ring was returned to me within a week and it is perfect! I will definitely being buying jewellery from Purely Diamonds again
