good service until theres a problem
Bought all the parts to make a shuttle pc from them for my brother , everything was fine until after a few months the PC was playing up. Took a look at it and after testing and swapping parts over from another shuttle it soon became clear it the Ram chips had a fault. So , sent them back to overclockers while they " tested them ". After a few weeks , started to chaise to find out what was going on , and was told that they had proved faulty! Wait and waited and waited for replacements, sending many emails with no replies. I ended up buying replacement rams elsewhere and wrote to them twice, asking for a refund, the last letter giving them 7 days notice of legal action. No surprise really but never even got a email reply, so went on line and logged a small claims court claim against them. In the end i did get my money and the small claims cost paid back to me within a few daysi. It s not so much the ram chips went wrong, it is the fact that when faced with faulty goods they just do not care how they treat their customers.

Still Waiting....
Wanted to order a birthday present for a friend. anther friend sent me some money via paypal as he wanted to put towards it. Went onto paypal and they recommend Pixmania as a paypal user , price was ok and better still as i wanted it fairly quickly i could pay extra ( double the normal cost) and have a 48 hour service. More 1 week later i am still waiting for the 48 hour service. I have sent them emails and called them and have been given many different excused for it not arriving , but what dose remain the same is that they have my money and the item is sitting at their store. They have some of the worst service and customer skills i have ever come accross, i will not use them and would warn anyone else not to even think about ordering, there are enough other bad reviews on here that support my feeling . I know i should have looked at this site first but i thought that considering Paypal recommended these people they have got to be a decent company. How wrong can you be!
