The website asked when do I want my order to be delivered so i picked up 13-the of Feb to have it just before 14th. It arrived on 7-th!
I would have give 5 stars otherwise.

Getting better!

Last time I gave Quidco 1 star now after being a witness to radical change in Quidco support I have to be honest and reflect this in my review.
I had a £100 cashback which was declined by Dialaphone based on fact that they initially declined my mobile contract order and approved it on the next day.
I had to raise a support ticket explaining everything happened and providing all the evidences I had. This was picked up by Jamie from support and successfully nailed down! Thanks Quidco and keep your standards up!

Dialaphone

Rejected the contract first then honoured it without explanation

I used to have several phones via Dialaphone and absolutely loved the redemption. It always worked brilliantly.
This time I received a letter saying: "Unfortunately, when we contacted the network to process your order, they informed us that their customer criteria had not been met.
Regrettably, due to data protection regulations, we're not able to communicate the specific reason why the order has failed.Please take this email as confirmation that your order has been cancelled."

I was in shock as what data protection they were talking if My data was passed to phone provider by Dialaphone now they can not get THE reason of rejection back?
I wrote them email demanding the explanation and never got reply instead I received another email saying you order has been completed successfully.
This made me think did they just rejected it before submitting to phone provider hoping I will not insist on it or they did not want to give it to me because I used to claim all my redemptions so far and I do not look like a "money bringing customer"? I do not know.
All in all I would recommend DialaPhone!

The website was created 4 weeks ago on an Ukranian IP with a USA registration address against the name 'John Doe'. The website itself doesn't quote a contact address or telephone number and there is no such company as 'Electronics Over Deal Ltd' registered at Companies House
