I was lucky enough to find Precious Little One online when searching for baby items. Lower than expected prices, and good communication. My order was placed in the evening Thursday night, and shipped Friday morning. A great sight, and I will definitely use this one again.
I had my baby registry at babies R Us in the U.K, and everything was fine with it. We then received a broken item, which we realized was broken when we tried to assemble it the SAME DAY IT ARRIVED. We called the Customer Service desk which was USELESS and a waster of my time. First, I was accused of breaking it myself, even though it had only been delivered about 15 minutes prior. Then I was told I would have to pay to send it back with the company that delivered it. Trust me, they got it from me at that point. They FINALLY after pissing and moaning about it, arranged for pick up from my house, as the nearest store is 3 hours away, and I am 9 months pregnant and didn't fancy driving all that way to replace something that was faulty on their behalf. So it was picked up, and I tracked the delivery. It's been over 4 days now and they still haven't received it in their system, and therefore hasn't been delivered. I phoned and was told I'd have to wait at least 2 WEEKS for the new one, even though it's paid for, and they're not losing anything by sending it to me. I've made many complaints to them, but nothing seems to get done. I feel 1 star is even too much for this company, and will NEVER shop or make another registry again with Toys R Us, or Babies R Us. Awful service, useless customer service helpline, and all around ignorant.
