I ordered my Bean Bag on 23/11/NOV and am still waiting. Like most of the other reviewers i was given a DHL tracking number, which is useless. I was then told they had changed to a different delivery Company and it would be delivered in around 2 weeks. That was 4 weeks ago..( Now 24th April) I have just asked for refund, I am not expecting much luck.
None of the phone numbers work.
If the company is haveing problems with orders it should inform it's customers. Clearly this is not happening. A very poor Company indeed.
Do not Use this company...
UPDATE 3rd May 2012-
After contacting groupon they refunded my money within 10 Days, they also gave me £12.95 groupon credit to cover my delivery charge. Well done groupon. The funniest thing is I am typing this whilst sitting on my bean bag as 2 days after groupon cancelled my order my bean bag turned up... I guess I should sure now contact groupon/ infurn to let them know !! Prehaps I should just take 5 months to send it back to them !!
