A bad experience. A good experience.
A while ago, I purchased a water pump from the Morriston branch - the manager at that time asked me what I was going to use the pump for and continued to give me a lecture on the misuse of a pump, he was arrogant and kepy me away from the store for a long time.
Recently, I was in need to lift an engine into a vehicle and out of desperation I looked at the Machine Mart catalouge and saw just what I wanted - a Motorcycle lift. I visited the Morriston store with trepidation expecting to be treated as a necessary annoyance - but no, the chap behind the counter was more than helpful and explained that the item I needed was out of stock but took the time to locate one at another branch. After a little time on the phone, it was arranged for it to be transfered to Morriston without delay. The sale was made and we both won - him with his sale, me with my purchase - a good way to run a business. Well done

carparts4less spoilt by delivery
The service from carparts4less was good - I would use them again no problem, BUT the delivery company was terrible - the parts I ordered were delivered to the local delivery depot on thursday (for thursday delivery) and got to me on monday. Change your delivery company !!!
