My credit card details remain safe

I have been using PAYPAL regular for the past 10 years and so far I have never experienced any problems what so ever. I feel totally secure knowing that my credit card details are not given to everyone that I buy on-line from.
Initially I only used PAYPAL when purchasing something from eBay, but I am very pleased to find that a lot more companies are offering PAYPAL as a method of payment.

A company that you can trust and is NOT greedy with their prices

Supplies all leading brands of almost everything. Usually next day delivery and very competitive with prices.
I would certainly recommend 'Tooled-up' to anyone.


Good company

Yesterday I wrote a really bad review about BestBathrooms which I have withdrawn and apologize for. I am in the process of major alterations to my house and dealing with about 20 different companies at the moment.
I got confused and gave BestBathrooms the bad review that was meant for Nationwide Bathrooms.
On the 17th April 2012, I ordered a large vanity unit and a heated towel rail from BestBathrooms. The vanity unit was delivered within 2 days and after a reminder phone call I am assured that the heated towel rail will be delivered this Thursday (26th April).
I will be using BestBathrooms again in the future.


Really good after sales service

I bought a fridge and when it was delivered found that the plastic that goes over the top door hinge was broken. I found it easy to contact Tesco and reported the problem. 10 minutes later they phoned me back and said that the manufacture was sending me a replacement plastic cover direct ans also that Tesco were refunding me £5 because of the Inconvenience. Not only that but I received the part the very next day.
Well done Tesco.

Nationwide Bathrooms

Professional website, Less Professional Service

On the 17th April 2012, I ordered a WC, Bidet and Shower Tray at a cost of £406.98. The WC and Bidet were delivered on the 19th April, but no sign of the shower tray. I tried to phone customer service several times but only got a recording stating that due to a high number of calls I could not be connected, try the web site.
At 16:50 hrs 24th April I eventually got through and enquired where was my shower tray, after waiting several minutes I was told that the manufacture had a back order and it would be at least another 7 days.
My contract and money was paid to ‘Nationwide Bathrooms’ not the manufacture. So why did ‘Nationwide Bathrooms’ fail to keep a check that ALL my order was delivered? Why did ‘Nationwide Bathrooms’ fail to email me to say that there was a delay in dispatching the shower tray?
At the moment I don’t feel that I am able to recommend ‘Nationwide Bathrooms’ to any friends or future customers.
