Really quick delivery, and cheaper than Amazon

Was trying to avoid Amazon, so gave these guys a go. Reviews were good and wasn't disappointed. Good price, quick delivery, very happy.

No communication, no delivery, money taken straight away

I've bought online for many years, and very rarely have any problems. Unfortunately, this time I have a problem.

I had an automated acknowledgement of order noting that the product would be delivered in 5 working days, and that an update would be provided in 2 days. No update, no delivery.

I have emailed to ask for an update, but have not had an acknowledgement or response.

With internet orders, I expect a quick turnaround and a quick response - especially when they took the money straight away.

I would hope that the money is only taken when the goods are dispatched - in which case, I won't use this company again.
