Amazing network, sad to leave.

I've never, ever had any trouble whatsoever with O2, was a pay and go customer for four years and the only reason I ever left the network was because the signal coverage for where I had moved to was poor. Something which O2 told me they'd look into when I told them I was leaving, no pressure from the salesmen on the phone who simply wished me luck and thanked me for my custom. I can always understand what the customer service representatives are saying and they are always helpful! Apart from my current location I have also never had any trouble with their coverage, signal strength and internet alike.


Great deal, got what I asked for

After reading several bad reviews about this company and similar ones which seem to offer mobiles a lot cheaper than from the networks I was initially a bit worried. However, the huge saving of at least 10 pound a month plus the 180 pound I saved for the handset fee, I thought I'd risk it. Trying to purchase online, it denied me credit despite never having anything to damage my credit rating, however I persisted and phoned them directly and purchased exactly the same plan which was approved. So I'd recommend phoning if it didn't succeed online. I was told the phone would take 1-2 weeks, it arrived within the week, including a bank holiday in between. Came by courier, everything was secure. Put my sim card in, worked straight away, what more could I ask for?

If I was to suggest improvements, greater documentation or detail about the contract should be offered straight away, rather than having to search for it yourself. For example, my invoice was very bare, basically only describing the initial handset fee I paid.

All in all, bargain price, courier delivered after being told it was despatched and could follow it all the way to my door. Thank you very much, a lot of money saved and a beautiful phone to go with!


Why would you spend so much more money elsewhere?

As expected after reading all other reviews, there were going to be zero problems with this company and I was right. In fact my only gripe would be with myself for ordering just a few days before all the Easter bank holidays kicked in meaning I'd have to wait for DHL to deliver!

The camera was as described, all the menus and stuff on the camera were in English, it was a body that had come from one with a kit lens in - not that I'm bothered. The Delivery could be tracked all the way from Hong Kong right to my door step, and included in my box was a small piece of paper explaining their warranty which is basically the same as any other company !

I fully recommend saving the money, the company was excellent and thoroughly deserve all the praise that they get!


Unbelievably good.

Bought Rocksmith for PC which I couldn't find in any store and so chose to order online, amazon had ran out of stock and didn't know when it would be in. Although shop to was more expensive by just two pound, I ordered it roughly at 5pm and as promised my parcel arrived the very next day in the post. What more can I say? Superb service and I'd definitely shop here again, especially if I wanted something quickly and I did want rocksmith quickly!!!



Twice I've sent a phone to Envirofone now - one worth over 100 pound and the service is just amazing. It's simple, quick and easy and I felt assured that if anything did go wrong Envirofone would be the first to help me out! Thank you!
