Wow Customer Service
I had a most helpful and pleasant customer service experience with Ebookers recently. I was changing my holiday plans and the operator was amazing. I was expecting a drama but received a most pleasant and courteous response and my plans were changed without fuss by an extremely polite male operator. It is a long time since I was wowed by a customer service provider but I was certainly wowed by Ebookers.
Ebookers care about their customers and offer excellent and helpful service.

Jeremy was a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely efficient, prompt in his response and very courteous . This is the second time I have dealt with your company and I will continue to purchase my USB's from you. Within a week of ordering 250 USB's they arrived at my desk. Indeed your counterparts in Ireland could learn a lot. I would certainly recommend your company with no hesitation.
