Site could do with improvement, but easy enough to navigate. Good search tools. Well priced, especially if you are looking for a particular wallpaper.
If things go wrong then the phone lines and email seem to take a long time to get a response. They forgot to send out my delivery, but once I contacted them they had it with me within two days.
Great for unusual t-shirts.
Always updating the designs, so worth visiting them often or signing up for their newsletter.
Often have competitions and you can design your own top too and submit it to see if they want to use the idea.
In all the times my wife & I have ordered tops, only once did they get the size wrong. Replacement was sent out quickly.
A great looking site but really only for owners of the Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machines. Very easy to use. As slick as you would expect from a company like Nescafe.
The Melody 2 & Circolo machines (& some of the accessories) are more expensive than other sites, but the prices of the boxes of coffee pods are similar to most retail outlets.
You have to pay for delivery, which isn't too much, but they have more flavours than most other places and you get points for purchases.
Points can be used towards the purchase of boxes of pods.
Great radio stations on the internet - comedy, spoken word, 80's, rock, etc.
Lots to choose from and genres are well laid out & ranked according to listening hours.
Maybe not the easiest site to use, but what it lacks in use is made up by the number of stations available.
Worth a listen.
I think you take your life in your hands when using flower companies online. a lot depends on their admin dept. and the quality of the local florist who supplies the bouquet.
Thankfully I have never had a problem with Interflora and used them for Mothers Day. Some items are more expensive than other websites, but they got the bouquet delivered on time and my Mum was impressed.
Wish my wife had used the same company (unfortunately she used iflorist.co.uk).
In my experience, certainly not the worst florist online.
Was searching for parts for my wifes SAAB and this company were one of the few with all the items I needed.
Lots of OEM replacement parts.
Prices are very competative.
Postage & packaging were very reasonable.
Package was sent out on the same day as ordering.
Great site for UK SAAB owners.
Have used Opie oils a number of times and was introduced through my membership of the nissansportz.com forum (forum for owners of 350Z cars).
Opie Oils sell oils, oil filters, etc for cars & bikes, they also sell heating oil.
They will give you advice on what you need for your car/motorbike. If you can't find your model, email them and they will be fast about replying.
Prices are competative and the high performance oils aren't always available from other suppliers.
Seem to have lots of offers and always give discounts to members of car clubs.
Have just used this company for the first time, after a recommendation from the Webuser (or possibly Computer Active - read too many so can't remember which one) magazine.
Website has a nice tool that checks your computer and gives you all the info you need on the type of memory you require. This also gives you options of the memory you can buy and what difference it will make to your computers speed. They even guarantee that the memory will match your computer, after running the test.
Price: 1GB DDR memory was £41 delivered, which was a lot cheaper than most other companies.
Delivery: From Scotland was 'fast'.
Installation: Clear instructions & only took a few minutes.
No problem with using this company again or recommending it to anyone.
I have used Play.com a few times now and they always seem to come out as one of the cheapest online. Delivery time is reasonable. For the price, I have no complaints. Have often used them for DVD's & CD's, but this time bought books from them.
Usually my 1st or 2nd online choice for any CD or DVD.
My wife ordered Mothers Day flowers for her mother and seems to be in the same boat as a number of other people here. Money taken and still no flowers. Website is useless with ringback etc not available.
Emails end up receiving, what looks like, a standardised response. No phone number on website and a lot of info about how great they are and will give 100% satisfaction. Well, look online and this company can be seen to be delivering well below their 100% satisfaction rate.
Glad I used Interflora, I just wish my wife had.
