I quite enjoy dealing with Oki Buyer, though I find it a bit frustrating that 50% of the time when I telephone I have to leave an answerphone message rather than speak to a real person immediately. I suppose the other thing that tends to frustrate me a bit is that anything more than a minor tech support question, either pre or post sales, I am referred direct to Oki rather than OkiBuyer being able to sort out my issue themselves

Many thanks for your review. We're always looking to improve our level of service so your comments are very helpful. Often OKI themselves direct that certain calls or issues are directed straight to them but I certainly take your point which we will try to improve on.
