Impressed by swift service and ease of using website
I only wear contact lenses occasionally so couldn't find a recent prescription yet was perfectly happy to continue using the type and brand of lense I had been using before, so for me, to be able to order without a prescription was perfect. However, I did notice you paid a slight premium for this (prices with a prescription were £3-4 cheaper per box) but I was happy to do this. In terms of service, I couldn't fault them - easy to use website, communication almost instant and delivery the next morning.
