your so special
Wow what a service you gave us today, great advice on what would be the best location for getting around with the wheelchair.
This was a first for us and then you go even more than the extra mile and telephone the hotel to check that the room would have the wider door, space to move the chair around the room and even checked that the bathroom had walk in shower and grabrails etc.
Have never had such a helpful person on the other end of the line.
Thanks again you have made our trip to London so extra special.

excellent service
we were most impressed with the service given, much better for us travelling with a wheelchair. From arriving at the carpark
while I checked in,the luggage and wheelchair were unloaded
and the staff then helped my husband into the minibus.
Had arranged for meet and greet (1st time for us) on our return
we were delighted with the service and it will be our chosen method in future.
