Speedy response and good communication

Item purchased was fairly priced though the postage was marginally higher than I'd have expected. There was clear coummunication about when i was likely to recieve the prodcut and it duly arrived a couple of days later. [I have not yet used the product so not able to comment on it but it looks as described].
