Excellent warranty service from the guys at Rutland Cycling!
Had a frame fault on my Kona Kula Supreme, and the guys at Rutland sorted it for me with Kona in a matter of hours, arranged collection of the old frame, and by the following week the replacement frame was in my hot hands. Excellent communication throughout, really helpful, 5+ star service for sure.

Excellent Service - good product range
I ordered the Funkier Winter Bib Tights, but they sent the waist tights by mistake. Initially thought ..oh well that's why you pay a bit more at wiggle, to avoid the hassle of errors, etc. A quick call to global and not a problem, returned it, they refunded the postage - and offered to do so before I suggest it (unlike others) - and processed the order pronto. Will definitely continue to use them. fyi 12.3 stone 5'11'' 40" chest, 35" waist the Funkier Large are a perfect fit, exceptional quality product - I'm a convert. lost one star for the initial error, otherwise 5 stars.
