I had a next day delivery which was supposed to have arrived today and they have just decided that they can deliver it tomorrow instead. They have not been near my house or tried to contact me, but have put on their tracking information, that I requested it be delivered tomorrow! Would have been impossible to do, even if I had wanted to as there is no way to contact them.
After putting on their delivery info that they would deliver tomorrow, actually delivered today at 5.50 p.m
Tueasday - Found what I wanted on the website, then phoned in my order to check stock and delivery. Was told it would be delivered Wednesday. By Thursday midday hadn't arrived, so phoned again and was told it hadn't been despatched yet, but would be immediately, for delivery Friday. Keeping my fingers crossed.
It's now 5.30pm Friday and guess what - my parcel hasn't arrived! I had a 1 hour timeslot from the delivery company who then put on their site that they were unable to deliver (no reason given) and then that I had asked them to deliver tomorrow! I did not as I have no way of contacting them. Good delivered at 5.50 Firday - Hooray!
