susrprises keep coming
you dont know the price unless you go through the booking process to the final step just before paying! makes it hard to compare prices as booking fees card charges etc get added on at the last moment. some flights ok and some have been like a cattle plane!

website is very easy to use, unfortunatly when the pizza comes there is hardly any toppings and drinks often get forgotten

easy to order stuff uve had before, always turn up when they say. sometimes substitute items for not so good quality

bad customer service - no common sense
bad instore customer srvices. would not give me item because could not print receipt! i had to go home without item!

good racking, only a few minor points....some bits were dented probably by the courier, and no instructions, but after looking at pictures in catalogue can figure it out
