unbeatably superb prices and service
The remote I purchased for my Freesat HD Plus box was as expected from this great on-liner company. That is, fully fuctional and much more resiliant and user friendly than the original included with the freesat box, which invariably seem like an afterthought in the package. I would not hesitate to always buy a replacement control from Remote-Controls Shop not just as a stand by, but as first choice.

No service
This site was fantastic, & as a long time customer I went nowhere else, however this years experience is dire. I simply cannot get any customer service reply from them by email. And there is no phone number anymore. If I do not get my goods eventually from them as ordered via paypal.. I shall go through a legal procedure to gain recompense. I shall never use this company again. They have gone down the pan! Company suicide.. they must be mad!
