Excellent but expensive
Good quality products and service with staff that usually 'go the extra mile'.
Need to reduce operating cost and reduce prices to a more compeitive level across the board but particularly fruit and vegetables.

Reliable and trustworthy retailer
Excellent shops and layout with good range of products in all departments. generally good service although disappointed with my first experience at Chichester because staff did not admit to not knowing the correct answer to my question about certain light fittings.
Need to work on reducing operating costs and get prices down.

Gone downhill
Got more expensive and I feel that the pricing policy is designed to confuse me. Far too many multi-buy deals which are not suitable for me and make purchase of the single item too expensive.

A reliable no quibble company
Despite a catalogue of errors relating to my simple order once i contacted the MD he new exactly how to correct the situation without arguement and in a way that fully satisfied me. I believe the MD when he says this was an exceptional sequence of errors and they normally get it 'right first time'. I retain faith in this company and would certainly both use and recommend them.
