I too have fallen victim to Infurn and what can only be best described as THEFT.
I ordered a BIG BOY XXL Bean Bag in November 2011 for a christmas present through Groupon.
It is now 26th April and i have received NOTHING.
Out of roughly 35 emails and 8 phone calls i have received TWO actual replies (all others were automated) stating of delays with a courier firm that was being switched to another. As for Groupon i think i got again 2 for 30ish.
My order status had a PDF box pop up a few days ago with an invoice dated 17/04/12 which clearly has since gone.
I'm sorry but if they had no intentions to supply then this offer should never have been advertised. Groupon are just as responsible and negligent in this matter.
THIEVES! You know it, everyone here knows it and i'm hoping this passes around so others know it before ordering.
Why can we not put negative or zero ratings?

I have now forwarded my complaint to Watchdog, anyone else want to add a voice?

9th May, i suprised myself by calling infurn again and fell over when someone answered.
I spoke to <NAME REMOVED> who assured me that all orders will be delivered within three weeks, not only that, they will be calling to confirm delivery.
Updates at the end of may, fingers crossed, yet still doubtful.
