Seeking to find the whereabouts of expensive trainers after incorrect info regarding delivery I tried to use Reebok's self-lauded customer service. It is almost impossible to find, never mind communicate with. I was constantly guided to the French customer service. They emailed a return to ask if the purchase was on line - then their info boards announced the problem was "resolved". With much effort I contacted the person who sent the email. She said they were still in China being made, and call back in two to three weeks. She said she would call back in two days, and of course has not. The shoes have now been delivered in England, Reebok are still saying they are in China.Their customer service is appalling and appears to be deliberate in its failings. Ignore them and they will go away.Bits of the company are all over the world -- and you are left to call them yourself to resolve your problem. I have encountered many rotten customer services in a longish lifetime. Reebok is in a class of its own.(this website does not allow for a nil star, or even negative star, rating. That's what I would like)
The website and ordering process was very impressive and smooth. The notice of impending delivery was good. But here I am eight days later and still nothing. I suppose you might blame the French delivery service -- but it is all one to the customer. Nice to see that you are seeking the best possible service with these sujrveys
