I bought a Panasonic Lumix GF2 from Buyacamera because they offered the best price at the time, although I did see a few adverse comments about the company in reviews, I also saw very good ones. As it happened, the camera arrived the very next day, with no trouble whatsoever, including an email to say when it would arrive from the courier. The test of a company is how they cope when something goes wrong, and in this case, it was the battery for the camera that was not holding its charge. I emailed Buyacamera and was asked to send it back for replacement. In less than 48hours, I have a brand new replacement. That's what I call service!
