Pleased with the range of product and the speed of delivery would use again.
This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn for dancing. I have wide feet and find it difficult to get a good fit but these are ideal. They really hold my foot firmly and the heel is just right for dancing. I can definitely recommend them.
Great outfit small size which fits perfectly I am 12-14. I am very happy with the speed of delivery and would recommend this company.
Been a Chesstelecom customer for quite a while and on the whole been satisfied with the service apart from not receiving a router!!! when signed up for broadband and transferred from BT. Had to call them but prob soon sorted and the transfer went smoothly.
Today was 'cold called' by XLNtelecom with much cheaper offer for rental. Call charges much the same but we use our free minutes on mobiles so this not so important an issue anyway ..took ages to get rid of the guy... found long silences and firm 'NOT MAKING ANY DESCISIONS TODAY' worked in the end but now am looking at reviews to see if it is worth going forward with the offer although there may (will) be cancellation fee. Have had previous offer from XLN of 3 months line rental £5.99 which Chess have matched so on the whole dont have any complaints and signed a 12 month contract back in October to get the deal.
So the outcome of my research is...XLN reviews are as bad as Chess...seems to me there is always going to be someone who is getting a bad deal. Have you read BT? Are disgruntled customers more likely to post a review than happy ones...YES. It did not occur to me to post a review until I had this call from XLN
Am I better staying with the devil I know and paying the extra monthly rental, which is still cheaper than BT? I think I probably will stick as I am moving business premises soon anyway and will have to have a new telephone number so the contract will end anyway. I do wonder how XLN can offer such a cheap deal and stay in front with customer service though.
It really is a minefield out there these days and we are all looking for a cheap deal so can very easily fall in to a contract with a company which promises much and delivers little so the word is 'caution' and the motto 'READ THE SMALL PRINT BEFORE YOU SIGN.' After that it seems it is all down to luck.
