I had been having problems with my Partnership Card and found it difficult to follow the instructions given by the recorded voice on the phone. The young woman on the Reception Desk listened to it and then explained to me exactly what I should do. I followed the advice and Hey Presto my card is working again.
I ordered the MacuShield one day and it was delivered the next. I had been kicking myself that I had left it to the last minute thinking, I'll probably have to go to a pharmacy and buy some to tide me over. Absolutely no need. There it was, waiting for me, when I returned home the following afternoon. Excellent !!!
