I placed a large order for Clarins products and within 36 hours the majority of the order had arrived. Unfortunately one item was missing as it was out of stock, but Escentual sent me regular updates on how the order was progressing. I then received an email telling me the last item had been dispatched but it did not arrive. I contacted Escentual who confirmed the item had been sent but said they would send a claim form for a refund or resend. The form arrived within 24 hours and after returning it for a resend, the item arrived within 36 hours. Fab customer service throughout my first time of using this company. Just a shame that the Post Office could not provide a similar service. I will certainly be using this company again and would highly recommend to others.
