Cyclestore
Great prices with a prompt delivery
Unfortunately on this occasion the item I ordered was not suitable but when returned, Cyclestore offered a no hassle refund. All in all though the item was delivered quickly and when returned refunded quickly. I will be using Cyclestore again.
Go-Electrical
No complaints even when the unit arrived damaged
The sign of a good set up is their response when there is a problem. Our Microwave arrived slightly damaged (carriage damage?) but following an e-mail and a couple of days wait Go-Electrical had the unit collected and delivered a replacement....All is Ok now.
If we were to make any negitive comment it is that we weren't notified of the delvery date of the replacement ? but that may be down to the courier company.
