Their order times are not reliable, even the take away we ordered from announce the level of difficulties with Just Eat, their support took 15 minutes to reply. Ended up picking the food up ourselves in the rain which is why we wanted it delievered in the first place. 50p to use a debit card, £1.00 for delievery. Which was not refunded as they announced:
"unfortunately we cannot refund you the delivery charge as you would have to had taken this up with the restaurant"
Really not worth it, more hassle than they are worth.

I am sorry to hear you have had a bad experience using Just Eat and that you were unhappy with the Customer Support provided.
Whilst Just Eat do make every effort to ensure the estimated delivery times are as accurate as possible busy periods can an effect. We do ask the restaurant to call the customer to inform them of this and I apologise if on this occasion it did not happen.
I am sorry that you experienced such a delay using our Live Chat service, we do aim to answer every chat as soon as possible but during busy periods there can be delays.
