Have been with this shower for 18 months, they are absolutely incompetent. Software unable to cope with a meter that went round the clock. One month I submitted a reading on the 28th of the month and they estimated that I then went on to use another 5200 units by the end of the month. It has taken 8 months to get the problem sorted, the final insult was from their so called Customer Help Desk. Stand up and be counted Mrs Pat Fothergill who promised me faithfully that she would call me back on MOnday, even if it was just to tell me that she was still working on it. I finally spoke to her on the Wednesday only to be told "You're not the only one complaining! An absolute disgrace
