Customer is not important

We recently installed two Hudson Reed thermostatic exposed shower systems. Both systems had defective thermostatic cartridges. Despite the fact that the equipment was less than one year old Hudson Reed declined to live up to their warranty. To further exacerbate the situation it took almost 6 months to get the replacement parts (purchased). Like the technology but poor execution by an uncaring US distributor.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you found it difficult to obtain spare parts. From what I can gather; you were entitled to spare parts if the item was in fact less than a year old.
