Great customer service and advice

Am writing this as an in-store customer so can't comment on their on-line service.

I came as a new customer looking to replace an ageing audiophile system with something even better but not more expensive. Both Tim and Chris could not have been more helpful, offering good practical advice and the loan of equipment - all of which I ended up buying.
At all times I was listened to and my needs understood.

Recommendations were well balanced and I ended up spending less than expected with better sound than I expected. I now have the sort of system I dreamed of having.

I no longer have that nagging doubt that I could have done better somewhere else. I would always go back to Divine Audio.
