Okay, so the prices don't match what you paid for DVDs 10 yrs ago. Damn this digital age! But they are better than Music Magpie (although less open to popular titles). Couldn't fault We Buy Books but their courier (UPS) were a no show on the first pickup date. WBB were great at sorting it out though.
All in all, I'd use again despite then niggle which wasn't their fault.
I sold a few items on eBay and used Hermes (without looking at ay reviews). First few times were fine. But then the most expensive item was "lost" somewhere between being picked up from the local shop and going out for delivery to the customer. I eventually called to chase and with no apology, reason, or anything coming close to empathy, I was told they didn't know where it was and to submit a compensation form. 28 day term, which comes up soon. Not holding my breath. Now I have just found out that an item sent at the same time (returning a product to a retailer) has also not been received. To be fair to MyHermes their website says delivered but, given previous, why would I believe that? Have tried calling (18mins on hold then "we can't help you over the phone", 20mins waiting on webchat then "no advisors available", sent email, posted on Facebook. Heard nothing. I repeat, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I bought a trampoline for my daughters and it was significantly cheaper on Fun4Kids than anywhere else I could find (to the point where I was expecting bits missing, or a cheaper model!). It arrived swiftly, for once it had all the parts (Argos, John Lewis take note), and now has 2 young girls bouncing on it pretty much 24/7. Excellent website, will definitely use again.
