Was going with sky but chose virgin at the last minute.Big mistake,it's gone downhill all the way.

poor communication and service
Ordered several items,two damaged of which one was delivered,the other returned.Still have one damaged item.also to do with Littlewoods lack of communication as well

Tried to get 5000 texts for a fiver because I was short of cash,couldn't do it unless I put 10 quid credit on.
