Bought 7 items, but 5 of them were too small. I sent them back with a note telling which sizes I wanted and they just exchanged them quick and easy without extra charges for shipment. (I live in Denmark). One of the items they couldnt exchange because they did not have it anymore, so they put a full refound on that item on my account very quick. I am gonna shop there again!
Viaplay burde ikke have problemer gang på gang, har været medlem en måned og jeg har oplevet det nogle gange allerede. Der burde virkelig ikke være sådanne problemer på sådan en webside. Indholdet på siden er i sig selv fint, og jeg fik fx. øjnene op for min ynglingsserie lige pt (Game of Thrones) men nedetiden/forsinkelserne burde stoppes.
