It would seem their business model is to take payment, send nothing, and then charge for phone calls to complain. They are completely unresponsive to emails.
I am going though my bank to get my money back. There is no way I'm giving them any more money if I can help it.
Do not order anything from them, please. You will almost certainly regret it like I did.
If anyone from nicecans reads this, I hope you're proud of what you're doing.
