The thing I would like you to change is the giving out of my contact details. I often get the text & email from you at the same time as a call from the enquirer. It's often at an inconvenient time and I would like at least an hour before giving them my number to give me a chance to call them when its convenient for me.
Other than that, the whole process is pretty straight forward.

Your details are given out straight away to keep the process moving the same way as if tenants where to find your details on a website next to your property advert.
When anyone places an advert they don't have the luxury of determining when a tenant is going to call.
May we suggest that you leave a more personalised voice recording for when the calls go through to your voice mail, the tenant will then have clarification that you will call them back.
