I ordered an Acer laptop to be delivered by DPD couriers. I was given tracking details for the delivery. It transpired that the laptop was delivered to another address and signed for by a person unknown.
I have twice today informed Simply Acer of the situation. I am not happy because they say that they will have to wait till DPD "launch an investigation", and they are not able to resolve the situation till then. They say this could take up to several days.
They appear very unsympathetic to the fact that they have my money and one way or the other I have been deprived of my goods.
Surely it would be easy enough to find out from the delivery person where it ended up, but that would be too easy I guess.
Meantime, I would tend to avoid using this company again as they appear troublesome.
