Use it all the time
fantastic for checking unknown destinations and hotels, always read more than one and look for comments that are repeated.

Don't choose this delivery company
Yet to deliver a parcel to our house despite the fact that every time they have supposedly call we were in the house. We then have to drive 5 miles and wait up to 2 hours to collect the parcel… average has been 45 minutes. They are rude and unhelpful at the depot, there is no where to sit and even elderly people are treated really badly.

Complete Ripoff
Government has ensured that this company can totally dominate provision in this country and as a consequence completely rips us all off. I've just cancelled my tv with sky because in order to get the very sport programmes we watch we were paying close to £70…. completely outrageous.

Very good when if you go to collect
Formerly DHL, staff at the depot are really helpful. Unlike a lot of parcel delivery companies they actually do what you ask when you ring them.
