Unacceptable procedures for replacing damaged goods

I bought 4 Quinn radiators .2 received damaged.Contacted PlumbNation when I unpacked them to install Saturday 9th November again on Monday 11th and e-mailed 12th .Still have had no response to who and when these radiators will be replaced .
There does not appear to be any procedures in place for this and no one seems to be too concerned at PlumbNation .
have not used this company before and from my current experience I would not recommend them .Note premium rate number when contacting them
