I asked this company if a jacket was definitely available to send out immediately, as I needed it in a hurry. They told me it was. I had ordered the jacket on another site but they didn't have it in stock and I cancelled when Cunninghams Outdoors assured me they had it available to send.
Two days later it turns out Cunninghams didn't have the jacket available to send after all and said it would be two weeks before they could get it. I had to put back my trip by several days as I had to reorder the jacket.
I thought 1 and 1 had awful customer service but Easy Space are infinitely worse. I really cannot believe how a company can have such atrocious customer service.
I have waited almost a week for my queries to be answered. The Senior Escalation Manager keeps stating that my queries have all been answered, although they haven't, and keeps closing my ticket (the one complaining about the other tickets not being answered). It's actually quite comical, or would be if I didn't really need a response.
I seriously think the email support is just a robot answering system. There is no evidence of any intelligence behind it whatsoever.
