Try Ryanair and then see how good BA really is!
Preseat reservation, lounges at T5 to die for, help when you need it at either end of the journey, nice sandwich and cuppa on the way, loyalty miles, Heathrow. No-brainer.

Customer Service no one can match
Bought a TV sound system and arrogantly assumed I could install it.
Got home. Huge mess. Called John Lewis and they came around next day and did it for me.
Where would e be without them?
Currys, Dixons, and the rest - take note. THIS is how customer service is supposed to work. If JL can do it at a profit - so can you.
