Ordered 2 deliveries, one to Yorkshire, one to Northern Irleland, both went through and I got my confirmation, only to later find out taht the Northern Irish one was then cancelled as e florist don't send to NI, this would have been handy to know at order stage rather than them taking my payment then email me to tell me I will be refunded in 3-5 days, the web site shouldn't be able to take the postcode if they can't actually commit to the order - and Northern Ireland isn't exactly remote, first class mail gets there the next day same as any where else in the UK! Not happy. Don't read my emails that often so it was lucky I happened to look at them before the recipients birthday. I was given 20% off a future order but the only way to have flowers sent to my mother in law by eflorist in NI was to have them hand delivered so it makes sense to go direct to a florist. I was on a budget so used Asda who can post the flowers no problem so all sorted now but won't use e florist again.

Great service and value

Great service from this company, lots of useful updates on the courier service and the loo seat was great value, well packaged.
