Had a delivery of live plant material from Rumwood Nurseries which was sent on a Thursday but only received the following Tuesday. The Apc driver told me he had tried to deliver on the Monday. Interestingly, he failed to notice the message on the package "If out please leave in porch", nor did he put a card through the letter box. I have to conclude therefore that (a) he cannot read very well and (b) he does not carry a pen. I had intended placing a larger order with Rumwood, but given that they use Apc I shall go elsewhere.

Only my second delivery from DPD, but as with the first I am hugely impressed. Excellent communication - first by telling me it would be delivered the next day (and asking if that would be OK), secondly by letting me know the delivery time in the morning (a one hour slot in the afternoon), and finally by arriving exactly in the middle of that slot. Compared to other couriers, including the Royal Mail, I would rate DPD as being way out in front by a large margin.
Ordered some bathroom taps off Ebay - received a phone call twenty minutes later to ask if I wanted delivery the next day. Opted instead for delivery the following day. Received an email that morning telling me they would be delivered between 12.00 and 1.00 - they arrived at 12.30 (by DPD - signed-for delivery). Wow! Apart from the fact that they are very nice taps at a great price - that is what I call service. Hope to buy from again. Highly recommended.
Only my first order, but good communication and arrived the next day. Had previously used Myprotein, but experienced a lot of problems, particularly with their (practically non-existent) customer service department and their courier service. I shall order again because the price is good and you actually get what you ordered, on time.
I've always had quick delivery of exactly what I ordered. Very good prices too.
Had a package from Myprotein (another bunch of cretins - if you want to read some amusing comments, then take a look at their feedback on Trustpilot) delivered by Hermes. Hermes managed to leave it on the wrong doorstep - they were obviously unable to tell the difference between the two house names.
Unfortunately, anyone reading this will have been on the receiving end of Hermes 'quality service' and so it is too late.
How on earth do these companies manage to survive?
Footnote: Beware of a Hermes delivery van coming towards you, especially if the driver has dark glasses.

I have ordered from them in the past without any problems. However, with my last order (just two items, so surely it can't be difficult to get right), one of the products was not what I ordered. It was also delivered to the wrong address. Despite contacting them on numerous occasions, they won't get back to me - emails are never answered (except for an automated response) and the phone just rings and rings. There are other companies out there just as competitively priced. Myprotein are useless when something goes wrong. I am considering legal action against them in the small claims court - the chances are they won't contest the claim since they don't pay any attention to any communication. In case you think I have an axe to grind, look at some of the other negative feedback - it all concerns poor customer response. Avoid - you have been warned!!!!

That's really awesome, I'm glad we left you with such a good impression! We hope to delivery to you again soon! :)
