I have recently moved house and have to kit myself out with all new electrical large goods. After already purchasing a fridge & washing machine, one of which was not working when it was delivered and was changed immediately for another one as soon as I informed them, I decided to get my freezer from them too.
They all arrived on time on the specified dates and I was kept informed of the delivery process until arrival.
I will now definitely purchase the rest of my items from Appliances Online, as I am very pleased with their service and trust them completely.
My only criticism, if any, would be the excess amount of texts & emails informing me of the progress of my order but I suppose too many is better than not enough, so I'll put up with them.

This was my first order from Westin Gourmet. I was a little unsure of what to expect but needn't have worried at all.
The order came when expected, all packed up in a very good box with ice packs in the bottom (I was wondering how to keep it cool all day, as I had it delivered to my work address), which kept it cool all day.
I'm very pleased with the quality and price , especially as I bought meat that was on special offer and also got a free steak!! The lamb chops taste wonderful, can't wait to try the rest!!
