Excellent Price, Great Service

Firstly, I want to say if you are skeptical about the number of reviews on here, don't be. DiamondGeezer send you an email asking you to review their product. I was cautious since so many of the reviewers had only reviewed Diamon Geezer and nothing else. I use other review sites normally, but they ask for this one.

From when i first started looking for a ring I was cautious about using an internet firm rather than a shop. However I had read some good reviews about value for money etc.... This has proved correct.

I started browsing and came across a recommendation for DG. I visited the site and saw some that I liked. I decided to contact (using the contact form) DG. They were very helpful. Quick to respond and impartial.

Ben (The DG person who helped me). Gave me advise on a range of things, including the 4 C's. I was going for a Emerald cut and he suggested getting the best Clarity I could afford, as this is particularly important in Emerald cut diamonds. He also gave me advise on the fact you can't tell the difference between D and F colour, so my money would go further. This was all great.

Ordering was simple and I recieved an email confirmation soon after.

I had been following the online order page to see how my ring was coming along. The day before my ring was due to be posted I recieved a phone call. Unfortunately the platinum setting for my ring had some flaws. They chap on the phone said he was not happy to send the ring to me in this condition. He said it would be another 1-2 weeks and he would update my online order status. He also sent me pictures of the problem so I could see what he meant. This is great, as i'm sure other places would not be so thorough in their checks.

The newly set ring arrived within a week.

I'm very happy with it, the diamond sparkles fantastically and the quality of the finish is brilliant.

I would recommended using DG, I know the idea of using online shops for such a personal thing is strange, but it really is easy and considerably cheaper than using a highstreet shop!
