They sold me a laptop that went wrong within 4 weeks, then informed me that they don't support them so I was left high and dry. This company's customer service is terrible. Clearly they are in trouble, the stores are always empty, they have too few staff and the shelves are virtually empty - nothing is in stock. Help them out of their misery and don't go in. If they had a 'no star' rating I'd give them that

Mazuma may not always pay the best rates for phones, but i've used others before who 'lose' the phone and you don't get anything. This was very simple and straightforward and I got the cheque into my account within a week of first applying.
Very straightforward intuitive website with a logical order process.
All went well until I got to the payment page when the confirmation page froze so I was unsure whether I'd paid, or paid more than once. It took a phone call to sort this out.
Once that was done the products arrived in good time.
