An order that was placed in November through pigsback.com yet to be delivered on. My money was taken and an update from pigsback in March gave detail about when certain colours would be delivered (4months later) and few weeks later apologising that this colour was only just sent, and that colour being shipped shortly... blah blah all bull, finally i was sent a delivery tracking note- with no indication of transit time. Convenient, cos there's no way they would make it on time given previous performance. Needless to say, that's a month ago, and I am now seeking complete refund. The cheek of Infurn sending out a catalogue and voucher last December- there's is no way anyone would spend an extra cent with a company that are so unreliable. i would like to put no star- please make that an option!
If you ordered through Pigsback.com they will make an effort to follow-up, but I don't have a refund yet and am giving them a week to sort this out.
I thought pigsback were a good company, and at the very least, they do try to follow up on customer requests. What are they doing working with Infurn? the beanbag fiasco has ruined their reputation, and I have been ripped off as my money was taken in November for a crappy beanbag that I will never see
